It took me a long time to get to a place where I could honestly say, I love me. And because I love me, I know how important it is to take care of me and spend time with myself.​

Every day I set aside time to pause for my me time. After my bath, I light a candle, sip a cup of tea and just sit with myself. It's my time to be with me. In those moments, I feel calm, peaceful, and whole.

That feeling is what I want to share, especially with other women. I believe you have to spend time with yourself to truly know yourself, love yourself and be at peace with yourself. And when you're at peace with yourself, that peace reaches beyond you - to your family, your friends and your community.
