In 2020, the world was on PAUSE.

 

Life slowed down, and I found myself creating candles, bath & body products, tea blends - things that brought me peace and helped me make space for myself.​

When I invited other women into my space and offered them a cup of tea - something beautiful happened.

​

We sipped. We created. We talked.

We laughed. We shared.

 

Around the table, women connected, exchanged ideas and shared life experiences. Sometimes something one woman shared was exactly what another needed to hear.

​

I realized what we were creating went far beyond what was on the table. We were inspiring, encouraging and pouring into one another.

That became the heart of peace and me- and still is.

​

Today, peace and me is a place to pause and make space -for yourself and for the people that fill your cup.
